It's a must-read -- really, even though I'm totally biased. My amazing friend Erin Stalcup, who I'm lucky to share a fiction writing workshop with, has a short story published online at The Kenyon Review. It's called "Gravity" and it's as amazing as its author.
Gush, gush, I know. But read it yourself and see if you don't love it.
Oh, no! What a sad day! I absolutely loved this show as a child. My mom would let me come home from school and watch 30 minutes of TV as long as it was educational and I always watched and loved watching The Reading Rainbow. I get all sentimental just hearing the show's intro. Maybe I'll buy past seasons on DVD if they're available for my own future children, and only hope they have something just as good to look forward to!

Woops. I think I accidently put my comment on the "gravity" posting instead of the Reading Rainbow one.
