Book Review: Chattering by Louise Stern

Louise Stern is a first-time author and long-time artist, an American living in London, and fourth-generation deaf. Chattering is a collection of short stories, published first by Granta and then by House of Anansi. I review it in my contribution to the latest issue of The Collagist.
