I'm totally down with robots, that is as long as some over-zealous do-gooders try to make it more school friendly 50 years down the road and replace all mention of robots in favor of "replicants". :)

Seriously though, I love how people are using Kickstarter for this sort of thing.

Agreed! It's also amazing that this comes so close on the heels of the Kickstarter campaign that raised something like $50,000 to put up a statue of Robocop in Detroit....
